[R] error possibly related to sweave, path, and spaces on windows

Wow, it works! Thanks Erik. Your suggestion worked.

MikTek is indeed in the path, so I just modified the lines to:

  junk <- system(paste("pdflatex ",latexFiles[i1]),
                 intern=TRUE)
