[R] txtProgressBar strange behavior in R 2.12.0

I've seen it, but not reliably enough to reproduce.

The issue is that there isn't really support for '\r' (CR) in Rgui, 
and so it was sometimes getting junk characters.

However, I think that this is probably fixed in R-patched >= r53662, 
so please try an update in a day or two.
