Oops, sorry, I left out a step in that last post

After replace NAs with 0 in Xwide...

# use distance col as row names
rownames( Xwide ) <- Xwide[ , 1 ]
Xwide <- Xwide[ , -1 ]

kiteChart( Xwide )
