[R] some CRAN mirrors not accessible

Dear all,

Since some weeks, look like the following CRAN mirrors are no longer 
accessible for package update:

http://cran.univ-lyon1.fr
http://mirror.ibcp.fr/pub/CRAN/

Furthermore, attempting to connect via a web browser  gives

However, I don't know how to get in touch with the webmasters in charge.

Any idea about hos to signal the trouble ?
