You will need to be more specific.  BLUE is an acronym for "Best
Linear Unbiased Estimator" and BLUP for "Best Linear Unbiased
Predictor".  So the phrase "calculating BLUE" is incomplete.  You need
to say "calculating the BLUE of ...".
