[R] installing FastRWeb

Please do read the output, it tells you:

Please install cairo (http://www.cairographics.org/) and/or set 
CAIRO_CFLAGS/LIBS correspondingly.

And that is exactly what you need to do, it cannot be solved by 
installing R packages....
