[R] howto test a package without installation

Just install the updated library over the old one and start a new R session.

Devtools can be helpful for some things, but when I last looked at it I was having more difficulty with getting documentation right than debugging code, which I can do using normal function development processes, so I went back to the edit compile reload cycle to test the library in it's final form.
