[R] add1 GLM - Warning message, what does it mean?

Thank you Prof Ripley, I understand and changed Rayos into a factor. 

Can someone please tell me how to change the: 

Model: 
> cbind(MaxHatch, TotalEggs - MaxHatch) ~ Aeventexhumed + Veg + 
>    Berm + HTL 

Into a model that has?: 

Model:
cbind(MaxHatch, TotalEggs - MaxHatch) ~ 1
