[R] Error in text.rpart(fit) : fit is not a tree, just a root

Hi there

I am trying to perform Regression Tree Classification in R but I get the following error:

fit is not a tree, just a root

Could you please clarify what this means? Does it mean I cannot use this method for the data I have? (Data attached)
