Choose one or both from the following.

1. You don't . R is a programming language that you learn. Read the
Intro to R Tutorial to start learning.

2. See the R GUI page on CRAN here: http://www.sciviews.org/_rgui/
 There are several GUI's available for R and you can choose one that
suits.
