[R] Fast Normalize by Group

Hello,

If yopu want one value per group use tapply(), if you want one value per 
value of x use ave()

tapply(x, group, FUN = function(.x) .x/sum(.x))
ave(x, group, FUN = function(.x) .x/sum(.x))
