[R] Searching up a list of values

Hello,

Try the following.

idx <- B$ID %in% A
B[idx, ]

In the case of your data example, the return value is 0 rows. (No matches)

Also, the best way to post a data example is using ?dput

dput( head(B, 30) )  # copy & paste the output of this
