Hi Roopa,
This is relatively easy to reproduce, just keep adding larger and larger 
errors to the reference model values. If you plot the Taylor diagram 
with the "worst" model and the reference first:

"B" in td06mn

"C" in td06mx

the diagram will be scaled to fit the outlying points.
