[R] help server slow

   Well,  if nothing else it is probably time to update anyway.
   If  that  does  not help, we can hope that some of the gurus have some
   suggestions.  It  really sounded like a local network problem :(

   help() seems the ONLY operation that's slow, Windows Task Manager doesn't
   show anything intensive going on, other programs running normally - it's as
   though a timer is set that diverts the request for a minute.
   links within the help pages come up quickly, only the requests from the
   console.
   ...i suppose rebuilding R is worth a try...i'm running
   R version 2.11.1 (2010-05-31)
