Well if I understand correctly you want

data.csv$m <- rowSums(data.csv[, c(7,12,57,45)])

If you want something else please read Posting Guide and provide at least part of your data and the result you want.

In the meantime It would be good for you to read at least R intro document provided with your R installation.
