[R] Accessing standard errors for coefficients in nlme

Hello,

What you want is component tTable. Using the first example in ?lme,

library(nlme)

fm1 <- lme(distance ~ age, data = Orthodont)
s <- summary(fm1)
s$tTable[,2]
