[R] Loading a list into the environment

Something like this?

myfun <- function(x, envir = .GlobalEnv){
	nm <- names(x)
	for(i in seq_along(nm))
		assign(nm[i], x[[i]], envir)

myvariables <- list(a=1:10,b=20)
