[R] Running a R file at a specific time each day

Depends on system you are working. 

Mac : Automator
Windows : save the script in the folder where python is installed and then run it through command prompt.
Linux and unix specific : cron jobs.

As Mac is unix underneath so cron will work there also but never tried it.
