[R] Getting htmlParse to work with Hebrew? (on windows)

And what if you try this:
a2 <- htmlParse(sub("windows-1251", "UTF-8", a))

or this:
a2 <- htmlParse(iconv(a, "windows-1251", "UTF-8"))
