[R] probability weights in multilevel models

Hello, 
I am new in R and would be glad for any help.

My question is: Is there any available package to run a multilevel model
(random/fixed effects) with probability weights in R?

I have read an older post from 2011 but thought that perhaps there have been
new developments.
