```This example illustrates your problem:

Error in xy.coords(x, y, xlabel, ylabel, log) :
'x' and 'y' lengths differ

Now all you have to do is figure out which of your plot() commands gives
the error, and check the values you are giving to it to find out which
have different lengths.
