[R] Is there something wrong with R version 3.0.2 (2013-09-25) -- "Frisbee Sailing"?

I cannot confirm your report. I get 0.63  under 3.0.2 (2013-09-25), x86_64-pc-linux-gnu (64bit), and x686-pc-linux-gnu (32bit).
