[R] loading saved files with objects in same names

Have you tried the 'envir' argument to load()?  E.g.,
   envA <- new.environment()
   load("A.RData", envir=envA)
   envB <- new.environment()
   load("B.RData", envir=envB)
   plot(A$object, B$object)
