[R] output error in MatchIt

It appears that average treatment effects are not calculated in the
version of Zelig currently on CRAN. Note that this is a Zelig issue,
not a MatchIt issue. See the "missing features" section of
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Zelig/NEWS.
