[R] DTM Package removeSparseTerms function question

  IN   inspect(removeSparseTerms(dtm, 0.4)) does anyone knows how the sparse
term
 "A numeric for the maximal allowed sparsity" works?  ie what is the
difference between say 0.2, 0.4 & 0.6?
