[R] Set Conditional Breakpoint with setBreakpoint Function

   Thank you very much. Exactly the information i needed. I always tried
   "quote(if (x > 10) browser())"
   and not
   "tracer=quote(if (x > 10) browser())"
   as the argument.

   Now it works.
