[R] open unknown file format in R

Hello,

It is not around the world. It is only for Japan (AphroJP,
123°E-146°E, 24°N-46°N,  resolution 0.05x0.05 i.e. 440 rows x 460
columns). You can store in a Raster* object then extract the grid
points you need, with the coordinates.
