Dear group working on a graph..I parse the graph node by node and create cluster for set of nodes..firstly the number of clusters are not knowen what kind of R object can I flexibly use as community, say I want M communities C1,C2..CM how can I define this ? thanks in advance Ragia [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
