[R] Issues with loading csv file

I suggest two commands to diagnose
the problem:

getwd() # show the working directory of R

This is navigation tool #17.

list.files() # show the files in the working directory

You can copy and paste file names to avoid
typing mistakes. (Not that I've ever made any.)
