[R] [FORGED] Handling "NA" in summation

I think given the previous confusion and lack of clarity in this
description as well, you really need to give us
a. sample data using dput()
b. what you expect the result to be
c. what code you've tried, including how you've attempted using the
sum() function that several of us have recommended.
