[R] tcltk table: get celltag value

I'm finding it very difficult to figure out how to read the value of
"celltag" for a given cell in a tktable.

I'm sure it's something like:

tcl(classTable, "get", "celltag", row, column)

but of the dozens of variations of names, options, args, and formats I've
tried, nothing is working. Any suggestions?
