[R] installing packages

To All,
Thanks for your help.

I uninstalled R, the 3.2 library and R Studio.  Reinstalled R and R Studio.
Now the temp files move the newly installed packages into the
R-.23.2.4revised library.

[1] "C:/Users/james_henson/Desktop/Documents/R/win-library/3.2"
[2] "C:/Program Files/R/R-3.2.4revised/library"
