[R] pheatmap - clustering on some columns only

Dear group,
I have a matrix (300 rows X 475columns).
The data is divided into many classes.
For examples:
475 columns are split into 3 categories - A, B and C

Is it possible to force clustering of columns in A followed by B and C.
I do not want to cluster whole matrix. I want to cluster by 3 categories.
