[R] Percent transformation

Hello all,

I am having a problem of transforming decimals into percentage. Specifically, I get the following error message:

"Error in UseMethod("round_any") :
  no applicable method for 'round_any' applied to an object of class “data.frame"

My code looks the following:

x <- sp[1:5,2:6]
x = percent(x)
