[R] problem downloading R

This was quite some time ago.
Namely, 2019.

At the time, I was using a mix of old Windows 8 and 9 computers.
The problem happened on Windows 8, but not Windows 9.

Note that I was trying to help the OP.
Beyond that, I'm not concerned about it.
