[R-gui] Tk/Windows focus problems

This surprises me a bit. I'd expect that -use winID  would not touch
the management of a window (that's sort of the point, innit?). So even
though it's quite unlikely that you didn't think the same thing: How
exactly did you create RGuiWindowID? Did it actually create an MDI
document?
