[BioC] bug in pacakge affy when applying avdiff on Plob

Dear all,

The use of the function avdiff to compute expression values from 
probe intensities was problematic with some arrays (some probe
pair sets are too small). The computing of the trimmed average
was then failing.

The bug was reported, along with a fix for it (Thanks to Steen
Knudsen): if the set is too small, the plain average is taken
(no trim). This has been included in both the released and
development versions of the package.
The changes should be reflected on the website tomorrow.
