[BioC] AnnBuild of u133b?

Dear list fellows,

I am trying to get an entry to the AnnBuilder package but I am overwhelmed
by the multitude of functions offered. Has anybody written a AnnBuilder-
HOWTO, or built an annotation file to the Affymetrix U133b chip?
