contains links to the annotation file.  If you are using the "affy"
package, you probably want:

http://www.bioconductor.org/data/cdfenvs/cdfenvs.html

But I notice U113b, so if you have the CDF file, you can use the
"makecdfenv" package, available on the development package list,

http://www.bioconductor.org/repository/devel/package/html/makecdfenv.html

to construct what you need.
