There might be a Windows specific way to do this, I honestly don't
know.  However, if you get a command prompt you should be able to do 'R
INSTALL <filename>' (if 'R' isn't in your path, then you'd have to do
<path/to/R> INSTALL <filename>:  eg 'c:\R-1.5.1\bin\R INSTALL
bioconductor.tar.gz').
