[BioC] package : multtest

hello,

I tried installing multtest package but is seems to be defective.  The PDF 
cannot be opened and the multtest.dll is not included in the download.  If 
there is an alternative method of obtaining this package  or these 
difficulties are being resolved could you please inform me.
