[BioC] Affymetrix CDF Packages

also, if you use the hgu95av2 chip or the hgu133a chip you dont need
to download a sepearte cdf package. those two are included with the
affy package. if you have a cdf file, e.g. a cumstom chip,
that we havent created a package for let us now.
