[BioC] Metabolomic data: Gas Chromotography and Mass Spec

Hi,
Has anyone done anything yet with this kind of data either in or out of
R. I just started working with a co-worker on a data for metabolic
expression, and a lot of the issues seem to be similar to microarrays
(normalization, etc). Is there any statistical literature on treating
the raw data? Is anyone interested in R methods for this type of data,
since I will probably have to develop some for the analysis.
