[BioC] databases and Bioconductor

ive written functions to insert the information in an exprSet into 5
tables in a postgres data base. i halfway to writing one that goes the
other way. i used the RPgSQL package. I tried RDBI
but I was getting a segmentation fault i couldnt fix. I hear RDBI is much
faster.
