[BioC] SMD Raw Data -> marrayRaw Import

Has anyone done work automating the process of importing SMD raw data 
into marrayRaw objects? The read.SMD() function helps a bit. However, 
creation of the constitutive  marrayLayout and marrayInfo objects is 
still a manual process.

Just thought I'd ask before I create my own solution.
