[BioC] Package globaltest

Hello ...

I've uploaded a new contributed package (from Jelle Goeman) to the
"Contributed Packages" section, package globaltest, which describes itself
as: "Testing globally whether a group of genes is significantly related to
some clinical variable of interest."

Users can also go directly to the globaltest page:
