Yes, it seems that these are no longer there.

There is 
http://cran.r-project.org/bin/macos/contrib/Bioconductor_1.1.sit
which is built under R-1.7.0.  I do not know if the older R versions of
the bundle are available.

This will be fixed on our website by tommorow morning.
