[BioC] spotTypes function not available in limma?

Oops!  One minute I'm criticising you for saying "spotTypes 
function" instead of "spotStatus function" in your subject line, 
but then I make the same mistake! ;-)

CORRECTION:
The spotStatus function has been replaced by the controlStatus 
function...
