[BioC] limma for R 1.9.1

I've had a few requests for updates to the limma package from people who 
are still using R 1.9.1 or earlier. Naturally it would be best to update to 
R 2.0.1 but, for those who need it, I've put a slightly modified version of 
limma 1.8.13 built for R 1.9.1 for Windows at 
http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/limma/r1091/limma_1.8.13.zip. You need to 
download this file to your local disk, then use "install package(s) from 
local zip file ..."
