A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the computational
biology group of the Ecole des Mines de Paris. Applicants should have a
PhD in mathematics, computer science, physics, or in a biomedical
science-related field with a strong background in bioinformatics and
statistics.

The succesful candidate will work on a joint project with the Curie
Institute <http:www.curie.fr> , the Pasteur Institute
<http://www.pasteur.fr> and the Ecole des Mines d'Ales
<http://www.ema.fr>, focusing on the analysis of gene expression data
for biomedical applications in cancer and infectious disease research.
Topics of interest include gene and tissue classification, gene
